Russia’s Rosneft files bid to buy oil service firm from Sistema
MOSCOW, Dec 21 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Rosneft has filed a bid to acquire oilfield services company Targin from multi-industry holding Sistema, a spokesperson for the Federal Antimonopoly Service told PRIME on Wednesday.
“The Federal Antimonopoly Service received Rosneft’s application for acquisition of Targin on December 15,” the spokesperson said.
Targin, 100% owned by Sistema, focuses on drilling, repairs of well, designing, production and modernization of oilfield equipment, as well as transport and logistics services.
